Now Hiring Watersports Instructors!
Ski-Mazing Watersports School is now accepting applications for seasonal employment for the summer of 2008. Certified CWSIC instructors (and those planning to get certification in 2008) are invited to apply in writing by email for a position with SMWS on or before January 31st, 2008. Resumes with covering letters will be reviewed with preference given to mature, experienced, skilled individuals with diverse qualifications in all watersports disciplines. Expertise in inboard boat driving, show skiing and competitive experience an asset. Video and performance photos are welcome. Personal interviews will be offered to enthusiastic applicants by appointment.
SMWS is a privately owned and operated ski, wakeboard, barefoot, and Air chair watersports school offering specialized lesson programs for all ages and abilities including SkiAbility. Based at Wigamog Inn Resort on Lake Kashagawigamog in the Haliburton Highlands, our custom watersports school offers top level instruction by WSWC certified instructors / coaches, high quality equipment, and features pro-rated Mastercraft X Series towboats and the Headzone Coaching System. We cater to individuals and families, groups and corporate parties, custom cottage clinics, day and overnight weekly camps, as well as hosting clinics by national champions. Our Wigamog location offers PWC rentals, Banana Boat rides, pontoon boat cruises and fishing boat rentals. New for 2008 is the Powersurf jetboard and Wakekite. SMWS produces weekly ski shows including human pyramids, clown acts and other stunts. New expansion plans for another exclusive location for 2008.
